The clients desire was to realise a unique and architecturally driven approach to ‘high-end’ coastal living by utilising the site strengths, considering the needs of the beach users and providing a house perfect for the hosting and entertaining of guests and family. The building is routed within its traditional Cornish surroundings with the strong use of natural materials such a slate and timber, but crafted in a contemporary way.
