Woodward Terrace

Situated on an infill site amongst a modern housing estate in Dartford, the project focuses on the design of an accessible family house.

Sitting below the height of the existing garden wall, the house camouflages itself by taking on the appearance of a garden due to its green roof. The result of our design process was an excellent set of site-responsive detailed drawings that the applicant could take forward for planning on a difficult site.
