We have been appointed to design the complete refurbishment and extension of a 1950’s detached home in Cheshire, to maximise modern living whilst ensuring the home is well connected to the front and rear gardens.

This complete refurbishment included the creation of a new kitchen-diner, living area’s, five bedrooms, family bathroom and generous master suite. A contemporary extension is proposed that splays purposely to create a courtyard and improved connection to the rear garden.

The projected in within Green Belt, therefore, a careful planning strategy was developed from an early stage.
