S /HE 016 - Margate

Side extension & complete internal refurbishment/interiors. From initial concept and feasibility - completion (in progress).

We combined both bespoke and off the shelf details on this project and our aesthetic combined tailored and rough features.

Our aim was to create a beautiful yet cost efficient project that would focus on a larger social space for dining/cooking and hanging out. As light was minimal to the existing property, one of our challenges was to allow for more natural light into the space. We achieved this through our roof lights and additional door/window to our extension.
