Residential Development - Shoreditch, Central London.

Project is to develop a disused portion of a building above a public house into 4 new residential units, including a roof extension to accommodate the extra floor. We worked closely with the principal contractor to manage the project and cost, materials sourcing and coordinating services installation for the new units. On this project, we utilise in-house 3D scanning technologies to product detailed and accurate model to save time from re-visiting site for measurements.
