Residence RV

A project still very much in progress, a second home for a long standing client, in the beautiful Rhone Valley region of southern France, an hour outside Lyon. Once a silkworm farm in need of complete overhaul, we've been working as in collaboration with a local team to breathe life back into the property. Internal walls were lined with with a cork & clay insulating plaster carefully detailed to allow the building to breath, lime mortar was restored and subtle contemporary additions such as new picture windows inserted. We're currently working on finalising the interior details for the building with the client.
