This project involves the complete overhaul of a 230sqm apartment within an historic Grade 1 listed John Nash building fronting Regents Park. The building was badly damaged during the war and only the facade was retained. The building behind the facade is of mid century concrete slab construction and we are removing all internal fittings and finishes to expose the original structure.
The new layout provides two guest bedrooms and a master suite, a large open plan kitchen, dining and study space and a separate large kitchen. The apartment is full of bespoke features, specifically designed for the room and setting, such as sliding steel framed windows, walnut joinery and a bespoke lozenge parquet floor. Work is now underway on site and we are looking forward to completing in late 2022.
