When we were commissioned on this project, the house (built in 1890) had been unoccupied for years and was in an extremely dilapidated state… rotten smashed windows, asbestos ridden garage, subsidence and severe water damage were on the list of problems.

But now it truly gleams. We completely refurbished the property, improved the internal layouts, converted and extended the loft to create six bedrooms in total and built a large rear extension for the desirable open-plan kitchen family space.
