North House

This involved the conversion of a previous office building on North John Street, Liverpool City Centre. What seemed like a simple project at first became one full of challenges and hurdles, typical of converting a rather old building.

However, with the combination of a great client and contractor all issues were resolved and this project is now complete and fully sold to private and investor owners.
