An urban infill scheme on the south western edge of the centre of Newquay. The masterplan and residential buildings follow the principles that have been developed for Nansledan in Newquay, to enable this site to serve as a proving ground for these concepts before work begins on the main site. The 4.2 hectare site contains 174 residential units and 833 sqm of commercial space. The sustainable building design takes a fabric first approach to minimise the carbon footprint of the development, and the residual demand met as efficiently as possible from conventional sources.
