New House in St John's Wood

A new single-family residence replacing a previous approval for the site. The main elevation features a Classical Doric portico with pediment, in keeping with the architecture of the local area, influenced by John Nash. The double-height portico provides a transition between the surrounding houses and taller blocks of flats in the immediate area. The design includes a two-storey basement with underground swimming pool and car parking.
