Greenvale Road House

In Greenvale Rd, Eltham, Dreamstudio designed a new build three bedroom environmentally sustainable house for a retired gentlemen.

The front elevation of the house was designed to be in keeping with the historical context of the area as developed by the Victorian philanthropist Archibald Corbett with the rear garden facing elevation designed in a far more contemporary style.

The house meets Lifetime Homes Standards and achieves Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4. The project was completed to a high level of client satisfaction.
