A live/work unit for an artist, the building is a re-imagined light industrial building on an active street of artists and artisans within the Brockley Conservation Area and provides two large studios on the ground floor and a generous two bed flat above.
The design successfully allows for daylight to reach every room in the building despite only having the facade facing onto the mews. The residential spaces are hidden by the floating roof form, retaining the light-industrial proportions of the original building and it's identical neighbours.
