A contemporary new frontage to a 20th-century period dwelling, Crowstone Road looked at a modern upgrade and open porch extension to the entrance of the dwelling and front drive.
Works also included the internal reconfiguration of the layout, stitching together three generations of ad hoc extensions in order to re-organise the dwelling into one flowing house over three stories.
Oak herringbone floors and charred black timber cladding were used as accents to give the spaces both a natural and bold design aesthetic, working well with spurs of green planting and landscaping softening the space within.
The house was also brought forward to the 21st century with the full installation and integration of smart home systems, automated blinds, electric car chargers and LPS-rated automated front doors.
