This original double-fronted Victorian Villa is located within a prominent Conservation Area of Milford-on-Sea.

Working closely with our clients, the ground floor needed to be significantly extended to meet their family needs. We set about establishing how they envisioned they would use the space, on a day-to-day basis. As well as how they would like to entertain family and friends throughout the year.

Armed with this information, the scheme was developed to reinvigorate existing spaces, vastly improving their usefulness. With more dramatic contemporary interventions across the rear and sides of the property. that complemented the character of the original house. A complete revamp of the external garden space for luxury outdoor living, with bespoke concrete furniture, sunken seating area, sun deck and outdoor dining complimented the house.
