Project Status - Construction

Complete renovation and extension to a 1920's detached home in Cheshire. The new side extension is designed to be sympathetic to the original architectural style, re-balancing the property.

Calm, timeless interiors are proposed, creating a warm and inviting space for our clients and their growing family.

There are also proposals for an outbuilding, which includes a professional gym and home office. Contemporary detailing of hit and miss cladding has been developed, which will sit effortlessly in amongst the mature trees and vegetation of the rear garden.

The property is within open countryside; therefore, careful consideration was given to proposed volume and how best to secure planning approval for our client.
