Baltic Place

A new build project on the edge of the Baltic Triangle in Liverpool. Delivering 174 luxurious apartments for those looking to live and work in the coolest area of the city. At ground level you’ll find large duplex apartments with a garden terrace and double height reception space surrounded by bronze coloured aluminium curtain walling.

The design is simple and efficient, but does not lack flair. Through the use of high quality antique bricks, solider course banding, deep window reveals surrounded by bronze coloured aluminium cladding and a varying rhythm to the facade we have produced a high quality development that will be timeless.
