Outpost is a London-based Architecture & Design studio, founded in 2016 by Robin Sjoholm and Thomas Housden
Following 20 years of shared experience in practice with studios such as DSDHA, Project Orange, Ab Rogers Design, MUMA and Sarah Featherstone. The studio formed through our shared
passion of exploring the role of making in design. Our design approach is hands-on; testing ideas, materials and their assembly to ensure we deliver thoughtful and well-crafted solutions
for our clients.
The practice is growing a reputation for innovative, sustainable and beautiful design solutions for a number of residential housing competitions including winners of the RIBA Great Place: Lakes & Dales competition, short-list finalists for the RIBA Twickenham Riverside Development
competition, winners of the RIBA Gasholders Bases competition, and most recently, short-list finalist for the RIBA Home of 2030 competition.
Robin is also a Passivhaus certified designer.
