Founded in 2017, Modern Architecture Workshop is an architecture studio with a special focus on designing highly sustainable buildings. We help our clients in three areas:
Building Design
We specialise in designing buildings that are beautiful, practical and sustainable. Our experience spans everything from private residential apartments and bespoke housing to multi-unit commercial development, office design, schools and healthcare buildings.
Project Leadership
We like to lead on development projects, co-ordinating a skilled design team to deliver high-quality buildings. By collaborating with skilled professionals we reduce the inherent risk in property development and construction, enabling our clients to achieve planning consents, manage costs and achieve beautiful homes and commercially successful schemes.
We work throughout the RIBA stages, guiding our clients through the process from feasibility to practical completion.
Construction Information
We are skilled at producing high quality and detailed construction information required by contractors to realise our clients’ visions.
We specialise in modern architecture with low energy needs and small carbon footprints. We believe sustainable design is the only option.
